In Pre-Production
SYNOPSIS: “ZERO” is a high school comedy that gives girls permission to be smart and be themselves by drawing a clear illustration of where the disconnect between teen girls and math often occurs.
After missing the winning question during a Mathletes tournament, Olivia has to endure being snubbed by her all-male team which includes Omar — her secret crush.
If that’s not bad enough, her father has just announced he is getting engaged to the mother of her arch-nemesis and object of Omar’s desire, Yasmeen Blunt.
Olivia’s beloved math team becomes less and less important as she ventures to make Yasmeen like her and Omar love her. But on the fast track to popularity, Olivia soon discovers that everyone feels like a zero in high school.
